Warranty Service Requests

Our Customer Care / Warranty team is available throughout the warranty period to ensure your new home is to our level of quality and standards of a WeBuild home.
Prior to submitting please reference your product manual to determine:

  • Is the request covered under warranty?
  • Does the request fall within the timeline of the warranty coverage?
  • Does this request go straight to the manufacturer?
  • Is this an emergency? If so, please contact appropriate party immediately.

Please note that any approved warranty service requests will be performed Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and you will need to provide access.
