WeBuild is currently under construction on an adaptive reuse office to apartment conversion with a ground up component. North Glen 38 sits on 2.1 acres with 21,431sf of 1985 vintage office space that is being repurposed into 26 unique apartments. The project will include an additional 12 new construction units in a portion of the parking lot. The amenities include a dog park, covered parking, covered BBQ area, gated community and water feature.
